A native of San Antonio, Texas, I went to the University of Texas at Austin and after graduating in 3.5 years with a BS in Advertising and Business Foundations moved to Kansas City, MO with my new husband. After a few too many cold winters, we headed back to Texas and now call Austin, TX home again!

I worked in creative retail throughout college, helping design and bring to life unique items and gifts for sorority and fraternity members in central Texas and throughout the US. The out-of-the-box thinking, timeline juggling, and breadth of multi-market promotions inspired me to pursue more career options in Advertising after graduation. The combination of art and strategy drew me to Digital Marketing, and I now work remotely as a designer and project manager for a search marketing company local to Kansas City.

In my spare time (ha! what Mom has “spare time?”), I am a self-proclaimed bargain-hunting queen often drawn to home decor treasures and inspiration for new DIYs. 

You’ll usually find me exploring the city with my two boys, at home learning a new spicy recipe, or meeting any of the numerous creatives in Austin to plan another photoshoot or help them improve their online brand awareness.
