You may have read my Artful Agenda review post in 2021 about the digital planner I found and tested, Artful Agenda. Well, it’s been almost two years now since I made the switch from a paper planner with all the bells, whistles, and of course stickers! How do I think it compares now?

What’s new since my last Artful Agenda review?
- There’s now a desktop app for both Mac and Windows! While having the browser version in a pinned tab on my Chrome browser hasn’t caused any issues in the last year, having the separate app experience does keep the planning environment less cluttered (hello all those tabs open at the same time in my browser 😅) and still easily accessible.

- Referral code perk I didn’t know about! Yes, you get a discount and I do receive a percentage of your first month subscription if you sign up with my code (RM293042) – but I didn’t know that referral payout actually goes toward paying for my subscription for the next year! So thank you guys for using my code, getting an Artful Agenda discount, and enabling me to keep planning on the go for less!
- The app version works with Apple Pencil and tablet styluses for an even more familiar planning experience for those of you reluctant to leave your traditional paper planner behind.

- And of course, there are always fun new sticker pack designs and cover designs to find what you’re in the mood for or to switch your planner up for every season.
Artful Agenda – the digital planner that works like a paper agenda
Whether you need a central command center to manage your family and household calendar, a personal planner for college courses and activities, or a daily business schedule to keep you on task and those upcoming meetings front and center, Artful Agenda will work for you!

Having used this planning app exclusively for the last year and a half as my calendar app on my computer and my smartphone, I have only good things to say in my Artful Agenda review!
- It syncs with my Google Calendar for work so every Calendly event booked by a client or assigned task shows up on my pretty planner without having to log in to Google to see it.
- There’s a widget for my Android so I can see my day at a glance without having to even open the app.
- And it’s so easy to add events with notes, invite friends or family, and even look up an address all within the phone app.
Something I didn’t mention in my original Artful Agenda review – the price of AA. Artful Plus costs the same as purchasing a new planner every year. For $49.99 + tax, you can gift or get a yearly subscription.
I thought I would miss color-coding, highlighting, and decorating my paper planner, which I would purchase religiously at the beginning of every school year, but I really don’t! There are enough fun fonts, color options, free sticker packs, and free covers for your Artful Agenda to choose from to scratch that creative itch (and more designs available to purchase!). And it seamlessly helps me keep track of my day-to-day without having to carry around a cute but space-taking planner either in my purse or diaper bag.
Make sure to use my Artful Agenda referral code RM293042 for bonus goodies and a free two-week trial when you sign up! Start designing your best life with Artful Agenda.
