Artful Agenda is the digital planning app subscription that keeps getting better and better! I’ve written two other reviews since 2021 that you can read here and here. I’m back with a new and improved review of Artful Agenda for 2025, highlighting some of their new features and sharing that, yes indeed I do still use and love this app. It’s open always on my laptop as I navigate from mom-mode to work-mode while planning, and as a widget on the homescreen of my smartphone at all times.
So what’s new in Artful Agenda?
In addition to the constant rollout of new backgrounds and additional default stickers, Artful Agenda has released a few new tools & settings to make organizing your life easier and a little more fun.
- You can add your custom digital planner stickers to your AA!
My Stickers is available with the Artful Plus subscription. Upgrade today to unlock this super fun feature!
I use the custom stickers in Artful Agenda to add my own artwork and styling to my planner. I had digital illustrations of my dog Harvey for his one-time blog (he was my baby pre-kids 😅) my company logo that I use to denote work trips or important meetings, and I have a handful of nursing/medical stickers I had made because my sister married a travel nurse, so I use those to decorate my calendar for doctor appointments and vet appointments.
More on how to add your stickers to Artful Agenda below, so read on for instructions!
2. Custom Display Settings
Customize your calendar views so that you control what you see in your daily, weekly, and monthly views – independent of each other!
For example, I have several calendars syncing to Artful Agenda – my work, my personal, a family events, my sitter schedules, even my boss’ calendar! I don’t need to see each and every calendar in every view. So on the daily view, I need access to my boss’ calendar to make sure I don’t interrupt a meeting or schedule over anything, but not on the monthly. And my sitters I have visible on the monthly view, but not the daily. Pretty neat, right?
The other new display change is in the events themselves. Since I don’t need to see every Library event that’s added to my family calendar, like storytimes, I can hide those events in my Month view.

3. Mappable Addresses
Addresses on events will now open a Map app of your choosing directly, like Waze or Google Maps, from the calendar Event. No more copy-pasting!

4. Add Google Meet links to events
You used to have to create your event or meeting in your Google Calendar that syncs to Artful Agenda to include a Google Meet link in the event. Now, you can toggle to add a Google Meet directly from your Artful Agenda!

How to Create and Use Custom Stickers in Artful Agenda
Here’s how to do it, and links to some of my favorite digital sticker shops on Etsy.
Purchase or Design Your Own Stickers
Want a done-for-you option? There are so many digital planner sticker sellers on Etsy!
• Digital Planner Stickers for Moms
• Digital Planner Stickers for Nurses
• Digital Planner Stickers for Plant Lovers
• Digital Planner Stickers for Gardeners
But if you’re an artsy DIYer and you’d like to design your own digital stickers, you can do it in Canva for free (or Adobe Illustrator with a subscription).
Download or Export Your Stickers
Download your new digital stickers as a PNG file type from Canva. This ensures that the background, if there is one, is transparent and that the sticker itself is high-quality for screens.
Upload your own stickers to Artful Agenda

1. From the Desktop app, open the Stickers panel tab and select the Upload button, which opens the My Stickers panel.
2. Choose the Upload button and navigate to your files or camera roll.
3. Select as many files as you like, then tap Open.
Organize your new stickers with Keywords

By adding keywords to your uploaded stickers, you’ll be able to search for them! You can see that by typing in “Pet” in the search bar, both the default AA stickers return and my custom Harvey Dog sticker.
Make the most of your stickers!
1. Stick to a color palette. Either match your cover photo colors, or use your stickers to help color-code by calendar or event type
2. Consider making your handwriting into a sticker for recurring events to save time – you don’t have to write it out every week or month.
